Nightwillow is a species of Willow that grows in many places throughout Sidereus, seeming most prolific in the darkest places of the world. The tree grows twisted and black, and seems to absorb light. In the day the tree looks foreboding and dark, but in the moonlight its leaves twinkle as if coated with silvery dust. Highly sought after for crafting wands, Nightwillow wood is very durable, and accepts enchantment easily. Nightwillow has the following innate properties;
- Weapons with a Nightwillow striking surface always use the “Silver” damage type instead of the “Steel” damage type.
- Shields crafted from Nightwillow have a Shield Threshold of +5.
